The "Golden Room"project is the refurbishment of an existing vault within a Monaco-based private bank. It aspires to transform a storage-like, clinical and austere space into a place revealing its precious and secret nature and becoming during official receptions, a real theatre stage.

The new vault is designed like a jewel case. It is mainly like a black lacquered box with in parts some golden leave finishes. It includes a consultation table or monolith out of golden leaf and blood red velvet.

The new vault is designed like a theatre stage including a stainless steel suspended ceiling like a theatre grid, some photographic spotlights creating baroque lighting within a softened ambiance, and finally a back-stage designed like a golden magma dramatically highlighted by spotlights.
